Refunds, Exchanges, Returns
Please note we do not provide refunds, exchanges or returns. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and custom or personalized products.
Missing or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with your order (i.e something missing or incorrect items) please email us right away at sweetlife@ivorycottonbar.com and we will fix it right away!
Damages and Store Credits
We have a 2-day store credit policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a store credit for damaged items. To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, up-opened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a store credit request, you can contact us at sweetlife@ivorycottonbar.com. Please include images of the outside of the box the items where shipped in, images of the item or items you're requesting a credit for, and images of the shipping label. If your request is accepted, we will issue your store credit immeadiately.
